Due to a recent change in Arizona law, you can now get your test results directly from us. Please see below for a number of options on obtaining your laboratory test results.

From Your Physician

  • It just takes a few minutes to start getting your lab test results directly. Just follow these simple steps the next time your healthcare provider orders a lab test.

From Sonora Quest Laboratories

  • You can request your laboratory results from us by completing and submitting this form
  • Results are typically mailed to you between 5 and 30 days from the receipt of the request form depending on services performed
