Sonora Quest Laboratories/Laboratory Sciences of Arizona Expands it's UnitedHealthcare Contract
Local Lab Services for the Whole Family
Sonora Quest Laboratories/Laboratory Sciences of Arizona has expanded its' current contract with UnitedHealthcare to include local services for UnitedHealthcare's Medicare Complete and Medicare Advantage products as of January 1, 2012.

Laboratory Sciences of Arizona, LLC has been a local Arizona in-network laboratory service provider for UnitedHealthcare members since January 1, 2007 and has expanded its’ contract in 2012. Laboratory Sciences of Arizona subcontracts all laboratory services to Sonora Quest Laboratories.
Laboratory Sciences of Arizona, a wholly owned subsidiary of Banner Health, is a laboratory management company, currently managing the Arizona hospital laboratories of Banner Health, Sonora Quest Laboratories, and all Sonora Quest Laboratories facilities throughout Arizona.
