These tests help monitor blood sugar levels, so you can manage your diabetes. The results can help you track your progress and evaluate how well your diabetes treatment plan is working. Includes both Glucose and Hemoglobin A1c, which monitors glucose over a period of time.

Hemoglobin A1c

Important test for diabetics. Detects diabetes or a pre-diabetic condition. Monitors glucose over a period of time.

Insulin Resistance Panel w/Score

Insulin resistance (IR) is a metabolic condition that occurs when cells become less sensitive to insulin’s stimulation to absorb glucose from the bloodstream. The Insulin Resistance Panel with Score estimates the probability that an individual currently has IR.

Insulin, Fasting

This test is intended only as a predictor for metabolic syndrome or hyperinsulinemia and is not useful for measuring insulin levels to monitor synthetic insulin use.
