The market share leader in clinical laboratory testing in Arizona, Sonora Quest Laboratories was founded in 1997 as a joint venture between Banner Health and Quest Diagnostics, and today, provides diagnostic testing to more than 23,000 Arizonans daily. Over the past 20 years of serving the Arizona community, Sonora Quest Laboratories has grown exponentially and now performs nearly 60 million tests each year, has more than 3,100 employees and more than 70 Patient Service Centers, including 10 locations in Safeway stores.

Sonora Quest Laboratories announced that their patient service center, previously located at 448 N. State Route 89, Suite J in Chino Valley has moved to a new location inside Safeway at 1031 N. State Rte. 89 Chino Valley, AZ 86323. The new patient service center opened on Monday, June 26, 2017 operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a lunch closure from Noon to 1:00 PM.
