Commonwealth Primary Care Accountable Care Organization (ACO) has selected Sonora Quest Laboratories to be the preferred provider of diagnostic testing for their patients in Arizona. State Rte. 89 Chino Valley, AZ 86323. The new patient service center opened on Monday, June 26, 2017 operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a lunch closure from Noon to 1:00 PM.
