Commonwealth Primary Care Accountable Care Organization (ACO) has selected Sonora Quest Laboratories to be the preferred provider of diagnostic testing for their patients in Arizona. The partnership will streamline patient care and improve communication between Sonora Quest Laboratories and Commonwealth ACO’s network of providers.
Sonora Quest Laboratories announced that their patient service center, previously located at 448 N. State Route 89, Suite J in Chino Valley has moved to a new location inside Safeway at 1031 N. State Rte. 89 Chino Valley, AZ 86323. The new patient service center opened on Monday, June 26, 2017 operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a lunch closure from Noon to 1:00 PM.

During the 30th Annual IMPACT Awards held on Wednesday, May 10 at The Arizona Biltmore, A Waldorf Astoria Resort, Sonora Quest Laboratories was formally announced as the 2017 IMPACT Award recipient for Exceptional Innovator in the large business category.
