Chino Valley, AZ. (June 26, 2017) – Sonora Quest Laboratories announced that their patient service center, previously located at 448 N. State Route 89, Suite J in Chino Valley has moved to a new location inside Safeway at 1031 N. State Rte. 89 Chino Valley, AZ 86323. The new patient service center opened on Monday, June 26, 2017 operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with a lunch closure from Noon to 1:00 PM.
The full-service retail location offers patients convenient lab testing services, access to the most accurate and up-to-date diagnostic capabilities and a guest paging system, which allows clinic visitors to shop while waiting for their time-slot or appointment.
The Chino Valley location also provides time-saving services such as patient ordered lab tests through My Lab ReQuest™ and online appointment scheduling on desktop and mobile devices. With quick access to all laboratory test results though the Patient Results Portal at SonoraQuest.com, patients can proactively manage their health.
