Sonora Quest Laboratories and Safeway Expand Patient Service Centers

Three Greater Phoenix locations open in summer of 2018

TEMPE, Ariz. (July 12, 2018) – Valley consumers can look to three new patient service centers within Safeway stores opening this summer – an extension of the collaboration between Sonora Quest Laboratories and Safeway aimed at helping people manage their health. These new locations will offer convenient lab testing services, the most accurate diagnostic capabilities and affordable direct-to-consumer testing through My Lab ReQuest™.

Safeway and Sonora Quest Laboratories launched the innovative patient service center concept in 2016, making lab testing available where people live, work and shop. The alliance helps customers save time by combining their shopping and healthcare experiences.

To date, there are 13 patient service centers located inside Safeway stores throughout Arizona, including these newest locations:

• Opened June 14th: 1060 E Ray Rd, Chandler, 85225; Mon. – Fri., 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. by appointment only
• Opening July 17th: 1225 W Guadalupe Rd., Mesa, 85202; Tue. – Sat., 6 a.m. – 3 p.m. by appointment only
• Opening July 17th: 28455 N Vistancia Blvd., Peoria, 85383; Tue. – Sat., 6 – 11 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

What’s more, patient service centers in Mesa and Peoria will be open full-days on Saturdays, an additional option for those with fulltime work schedules. Patients can visit SonoraQuest.com on their desktop or mobile device to schedule an appointment, order laboratory testing, pay their bill, and access laboratory test results.
