Below is a list of your payments made through our web site only. Payments made by mail, phone or at one of our locations will not appear. If you don't see a recent payment made online, it may still be pending.

We’re upgrading our billing system to ensure you always have a simple, clear, and convenient payment experience when you receive an invoice from Sonora Quest Laboratories. Over the next several weeks we will fully transition to our new platform, powered by our partners at Cedar, which will allow you to easily access your bill and securely pay on any device via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or e-check.

Update Insurance Information - Thank You
Thank you for taking the time to update your insurance information with Sonora Quest Laboratories; we will contact you at the provided email address only if we need additional information from you in order to process your insurance update.
Otherwise, our team will process your insurance update and you should expect to receive a new or corrected explanation-of-benefits from your insurance provider within the next 14-21 business days. Please note that this process may take longer depending on your insurance plan’s claim handling time.

The Quickest Way to Get Your Results
Online results access requires a USA-issued social security number and you must be over the age of eighteen.
If you do not have a social security number, please call 602-685-5959, Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:30pm MST for alternative options.

Request laboratory results by completing and submitting an Authorization to Use or Disclose Protected Health Information (PHI) (also available in Spanish).
Get Results for Minors
Access test results for minors under age eighteen
If you are a parent or guardian of a minor under the age of eighteen, you can request their laboratory results by logging in, authenticating your account, and completing the Request to Link Minor Child to Parent/Guardian Patient Results Portal (also available in Spanish).

You may be receiving your results before your healthcare provider. This could be because of timing of report delivery or other factors outside of laboratory or provider control. Please allow time for their review.
Your receipt of these results should not be viewed as medical advice and is not meant to replace discussion with your doctor or other healthcare professional. In order to fully understand what your lab results mean, we strongly encourage you to discuss your results with a doctor. Neither Sonora Quest Laboratories nor its Medical Director will provide interpretation, counseling, consultation, or care recommendations on the basis of any laboratory results provided to you.

Parental Account Required
Click Log In to sign into your SonoraQuest.com account or to create a new account. Please do not create accounts for minor children – you will request access to view their results under your own account.

If you are canceling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, please note that you will not be eligible to receive a refund of the convenience fee. Contact Getlabs at 424-GETLABS with any questions regarding convenience fee refunds.
