| Routine Labs | Most lab tests are considered routine (CBC, Chemistry Panel, Lipid Panel, PT/INR, etc). This also includes My Lab ReQuest testing. If another appointment type does not specifically describe the reason for your visit, choose Routine Labs. |
| COVID-19 – Carside | If you have mild COVID-19 symptoms or have recently been exposed to someone with COVID-19, choose this appointment to schedule a carside nasal swab collection at a Sonora Quest Patient Service Center near you. This test detects whether you have an active COVID-19 infection. A diagnosis can guide you and your doctor or healthcare provider to make an informed decision about self-isolating to protect your family and friends. |
| COVID-19 – Inside Facility | If you do not have COVID-19 symptoms, have only mild symptoms, or have recently been exposed to someone with COVID-19, choose this appointment type to schedule an observed nasal swab self-collection inside a participating Sonora Quest Patient Service Center. This test detects whether you have an active COVID-19 infection. A diagnosis can guide you and your doctor or healthcare provider to make an informed decision about self-isolating to protect your family and friends. |
| Home Collection (Let Getlabs Come to You) | Schedule a home or office collection with our partners at Getlabs. Note that an additional charge and some restrictions apply. An order from a medical provider is required. Getlabs cannot collect samples for self-ordered My Lab ReQuest testing. |
| Pediatric | Choose this appointment type if the patient is <12 years of age and is coming in for routine labs. |
| Semen Analysis | Choose this appointment type if you have an order for Semen Analysis testing that requires on-site sample collection. If dropping off a sample, please select Drop Off Specimen Only. |
| Glucose Tolerance | Choose this appointment type if you have an order for timed glucose tolerance testing of one or more hours. If you have an order for a Fasting Glucose only, select Routine Labs. |
| Cold Agglutinin/Cryoglobulin | Choose this appointment type if you have an order for cold agglutinin, cold hemagglutinin, or cryoglobulin testing. |
| Employer Directed Drug Screen | Choose this appointment type if you have an order from your employer or potential employer for a urine drug screen. |
| Quest Health & Wellness | Choose this appointment type if you have an order from Quest Wellness (formerly known as Blueprint for Wellness). |
| Drop-Off Specimen Only | Choose this appointment type if you are just dropping off a specimen and you do not need specimen collection. Note that if you choose this option but need sample collection you will not be in the appointment queue. |
