New Tests Available Without a Doctor's Order Through My Lab ReQuest

Arizona law allows you to order laboratory testing from a licensed clinical laboratory without your doctor's request. This is referred to as direct access testing and Sonora Quest Laboratories offers a menu of patient ordered lab tests through our My Lab ReQuest™ offering.

We are excited to announce the addition of new tests to our My Lab ReQuest™ menu. These tests have been added based on the valuable feedback of our customers. In addition to our current My Lab ReQuest™ test menu, you can now order:

• CRP (C-Reactive Protein) for Inflammation
• Folate & Vitamin B12
• H. pylori Urea Breath Test (detection of bacteria that can cause peptic ulcers)
• hCG Quantitative
• Individual STD Screens for GC/Chlamydia, Herpes, HIV, and Syphilis
• T3 Free & T4 Free for Thyroid Screening/Monitoring
