Sonora Quest Laboratories Remains In-Network with CIGNA Commercial Plans in 2017

Sonora Quest Laboratories has proudly served CIGNA Healthcare of Arizona members for nearly two decades as an in-network and exclusive provider of laboratory services.

What’s remaining the same?

Effective January 1, 2017, Sonora Quest Laboratories will remain in-network for all Arizona CIGNA commercial plan members and continue to provide high-quality laboratory services (standard co-pays/co-insurance will apply).

What’s changing? 

Effective January 1, 2017, Sonora Quest Laboratories will be out-of-network for CIGNA Medicare Advantage Members only. 

If you are a CIGNA commercial plan member, or if CIGNA Medicare Advantage is not your primary insurance, you can continue to use Sonora Quest Laboratories in 2017, where you can take advantage of:

• Familiarity with the award-winning services and ease of use you are accustomed to with Sonora Quest Laboratories
• Our statewide network of 75+ Patient Service Centers, including several locations inside Safeway stores (locations available at SonoraQuest.com and/or under the facility directory located at https://hcpdirectory.cigna.com/web/public/providers)
• Friendly and highly trained staff, prepared to serve patients of all ages, including non-English- speaking patients
• Easy to use appointment scheduling, bill-pay, and results access on your desktop or mobile device at SonoraQuest.com
