Sonora Quest Laboratories Supports the 2018 Arizona Tour de Cure

Sonora Quest Laboratories is a proud sponsor of the 2018 Arizona Tour de Cure. As the signature fundraising event of the American Diabetes Association, the Tour de Cure supports the official mission of the American Diabetes Association to prevent and cure diabetes and to improve the lives of all people affected by diabetes. Racers participating in the Tour de Cure can choose to walk, run, or ride in support of the fight against diabetes.

This year’s Tour de Cure will be held on Saturday, March 17 at Midwestern University in Glendale and will feature six different route options for event participants to choose from. Racers of all ages and abilities can choose to walk/run the 5K course or select from one of the five cycling routes ranging from 10 to 100 miles.

As an official event sponsor, Sonora Quest Laboratories will host a rest stop along the tour route. At the rest stop, racers will be able to refresh themselves and learn more about My Lab ReQuest, a service that allows patients to order their own lab tests without a doctor’s order. Included within the My Lab ReQuest test menu are four diabetes tests that can help to detect diabetes, or a pre-diabetic condition, and also help with diabetes management for anyone that has already been diagnosed with the disease.
