Reminder: FES (Federal Emergency Services) is not a laboratory coverage plan and must be client or patient responsibility.
Important Note: On May 11, 2023, the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE) will end. Effective May 12, 2023, private health insurance companies are no longer required to provide free COVID-19 testing. Health plans may be changing their coverage for COVID-19 testing frequency, patient eligibility, and testing performed by an out-of-network or out-of-plan laboratory. Patients should check eligibility and visit an in-network lab to lower their out-of-pocket costs.
